2. Offer: “KWD10  in Deliveroo Credit” capped at 50 winners /customers –  subject to the terms below.

‘Deliveroo’s Score Back Scheme’ allows football fans to claim back KWD10 through a credit voucher if they miss a goal because their order arrived at the same time* during any football game between 11 Jun 2026 – 19 Jul 2026.  Customers will be asked to submit a claim on rooscoreback.com within 48 hours after the goal is scored to include: 

• Order number
• Email address linked to the Deliveroo account
• Screenshot of the order delivery confirmation with time 
• Details of the game and the team that scored. 

If the eligible order is verified, Deliveroo customers will receive a voucher of  KD10 by 22 July 2026. 

There will be a maximum of 50 customers selected on a first-come-first-served basis (the “Winner(s)”). Deliveroo reserves the right to vary this number. 

The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be suspended, extended or frozen. The Prize is only valid until 30th Sep 2026. A maximum of one code can be redeemed per customer.

3. Entry Period:The Offer opens for entry at 12:00 (Gulf Standard Time) on 11 Jun 2026  and closes at 11:59 (Gulf Standard Time) on  19 Jul 2026

This Promotion is limited to the first 50 Participants only; if 50 Participants make successful claims before 19th July 2026, the promotion will end early. Entrants will be notified by Deliveroo that the promotion has ended early when they attempt to claim via direct message.

4. Announcement: Winners will be provided their vouchers between 11 Jun 2026 – 22 Jul 2026.  
5. Terms & Conditions: Entrants shall be bound by these terms and conditions of the Offer.
6. Eligibility:  Entrants must be 18+, based in Kuwait and have both a valid Kuwait Deliveroo account and an Instagram account to take part.
7. Eligible Orders: Orders must be confirmed as delivered on the Deliveroo App or Website when participating football team scores within a window of 1 minute before and 1 minute after either team has scored (for example: if a team scores at 7:07 PM, and your order record shows that your Deliveroo Order was delivered at 7:08 PM, this Order will be eligible for a ‘Score Back’ voucher ). 

Prize will be a Deliveroo voucher credit of KWD10 per Eligible Order to be redeemed on Deliveroo Kuwait App. The Prize will be awarded to successful Participants with Eligible Orders by 22 July 2026 and can then be added by the winners to their Deliveroo account for use  until 30th September 2026.

Entrants may be required to provide proof of eligibility in such form as Deliveroo shall specify.

8. 8. Geographical Restriction: This Offer is only available in Kuwait.
9. Offer Conditions:Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if Deliveroo considers it appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Deliveroo’s control, the Offer may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative at the sole discretion of Deliveroo. 

• The Offer is subject to Deliveroo Voucher and Account Credit Terms. The entrant should ensure they are aware of any applicable expiry dates.
• The Offer may be withdrawn if maximum redemptions are reached before the Promotion end date. Codes may be increased or decreased at Deliveroo’s sole discretion.
• This Offer code cannot be combined with other offers codes unless notified otherwise.

10. Costs: Any cost associated with placing an order shall be solely on account of the entrant.
11. Liability: Deliveroo will not be liable for: (i) any loss that is not caused by Deliveroo (or any person acting on Deliveroo’s behalf); (ii) any loss caused by any event or circumstance beyond Deliveroo’s reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; or (iv) any unavailability of products on Deliveroo’s website or app. However, nothing in these terms limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which it would be illegal to limit or exclude liability. In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are in addition to and are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Rules.
12. Interference with the Offer: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of this Offer is prohibited and may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws.
13. Cancellation and Variation: Deliveroo reserves the right to vary, suspend or withdraw the Offer at any time at its discretion and will not be liable to pay any compensation to anyone in this regard.  

• Deliveroo reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including but not limited to if:
  • there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law;
  • fraud, abuse, and/or an error (either human or machine) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes or offers, or;
  • variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Deliveroo’s Reasonable control.

14. Disqualification: Without limiting the options available to Deliveroo, Deliveroo reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants (including the Winners) that Deliveroo regards as being in breach of these Rules, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions referred to in these Rules or the spirit of the Offer.
15. Severance and Waiver: If any part of these rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Rules will not be affected. Deliveroo’s failure to enforce any term of these rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
16. Law and Jurisdiction: The Offer and these Rules are governed by the laws of Kuwait courts, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait court.
17. Personal Data: It will be necessary for Deliveroo to use entrants’ personal data to perform its obligations to entrants in relation to the administration of the Offer, and it is in Deliveroo’s legitimate interest to use entrants’ personal data in the ways described in these Rules in order to ensure the proper administration of the Offer. 

By accepting this Offer and the T&Cs thereof you therefore:

• acknowledge and give consent for your personal data to be processed, in particular for the purposes of administering this Promotion; 
• consent to receiving promotional messages from Deliveroo; and
• consent to Deliveroo sharing your personal data with certain third-party vendors in order to facilitate the administration of the Offer.
